By accessing and using Bibo's facility services platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Bibo provides a digital platform that connects property owners with verified service professionals for various facility services including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing and electrical repairs
  • HVAC and appliance installation/repair
  • Home cleaning and maintenance
  • Painting and renovation services
  • Landscaping and gardening
  • Installation services (appliances, fixtures, etc.)
  • Emergency facility services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Bibo's platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Ensure that all activities conducted through the platform comply with applicable laws
  • Provide a safe and accessible work environment for service professionals
  • Pay for services as agreed upon with the service provider
  • Provide honest feedback and reviews of service quality

4. Service Provider Standards

All service providers on our platform undergo a rigorous verification process including:

  • Background checks and identity verification
  • Insurance and licensing verification
  • Skill assessments and competency evaluations
  • Customer review and rating requirements

However, Bibo acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of work performed by individual service providers. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Bibo.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment for services is processed through our secure payment system. Service fees and platform charges are clearly displayed before booking. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our satisfaction guarantee policy. Payment disputes should be resolved directly with the service provider or through our customer support team.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Bibo offers a satisfaction guarantee for all services. If you're not completely satisfied with the work performed:

  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of service completion
  • We will work with the service provider to address your concerns
  • If issues cannot be resolved, we may arrange for the work to be redone at no additional cost
  • In extreme cases, we may provide a partial or full refund

7. Emergency Services

For emergency services (plumbing leaks, electrical issues, HVAC failures, etc.):

  • Emergency service providers are available 24/7
  • Response times vary by location and service type
  • Emergency service fees may be higher than standard rates
  • We prioritize safety and will dispatch qualified professionals immediately

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes contact information, service history, payment details, and location data necessary for service delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bibo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Property damage caused by service providers (covered by their insurance)
  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, emergencies, or provider availability
  • Disputes between users and service providers

10. Service Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
  • Emergency cancellations due to safety concerns are always free
  • Service providers may reschedule due to emergencies or weather conditions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these terms of service
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment of service fees
  • Safety concerns or legal violations

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bibo operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
